Dr James Morandini

Dr James Morandini is the clinic director, and provides a range of psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. He provides specialist assessment, diagnosis, and management of childhood and adolescent gender dysphoria. He also provides assessment and diagnosis for gender dysphoria in adults and can provide WPATH medical letters where appropriate.James also has a focus on matters of sexual orientation, including overcoming shame, relationship difficulties, and exploring identity confusion. More broadly, James utilises CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy in treating mood and anxiety issues, as well as personality disorders.
Dr Georgia McClure
Clinical Psychologist
B Psych (Hons), D Clin Psych/Msc.
Georgia is a Clinical Psychologist who holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology/Masters of Science from the University of Sydney. Georgia is an empathic psychologist who provides a range of psychological interventions and support to children, adolescents, families and adults.

Georgia has extensive experience working with gender diverse young people, having previously worked in a specialised gender service at The Children’s Hospital Westmead for many years. Georgia has also worked with young people and adults with other mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, pain, functional neurological disorder, stress, adjustment issues, identity, parenting and relational issues.

Georgia takes a holistic approach to care and treatment and enjoys working collaboratively with individuals, children/adolescents and their families. Georgia draws on a range of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and attachment-based approaches. Georgia creates a warm, safe, person-centred therapeutic environment.
